Courageous...Would you look at that!

I can't wait to see this movie, but it might be a while before I can. We went to the theater yesterday after church and the entire parking lot was full! All of the churches in our area have bought up the tickets and booked the theaters! We decided to wait until next weekend. But look at those numbers!
Opening weekend and only $2.3M behind Lion King (which has been in for two weeks)

Let's go fly a kite, up to the highest height...Let's go fly a kite and send it soaring!

"The bonny blue sky
waves banners of white.
Unravel the strings,
up, up goes my kite.

I run through th' grass;
I can't let it fall.
I tug on the strings--
'tis too much to haul!

Up, up through the air
I fly, fly, fly...
high up past the banners
of white in the sky.

I look to the earth,
wave to everyone.
Then higher I go,
up, up to the sun."

Spring is finally here--the sun is shining and everything is turning green.
Out here in Colorado, the wind is blowing wildy...

So, come on, let's go fly a kite--who knows? You might be in for a ride!

Doubt thou the stars are fire, Doubt that the sun doth move, Doubt truth to be a liar, But never doubt I love.

Sophie--the aspiring writer, ignored and neglected by her fiance.
Victor--the fiance who can't get his head out of the kitchen.
Claire--graceful, sweet, and lovelorn.
Charlie--her hot-headed, know-it-all grandson.

My Mom and I watched Letters to Juliet today. She'd been wanting me to see it for quite a while. I wasn't expecting much out of it since most new romances just can't measure up to the old ones (While You Were Sleeping, Two Weeks Notice, Ever After, etc. [my tastes are weird, I know]). But I really enjoyed it. It was very sweet.
So, except for the part where he ate his ice cream after rubbing it in her face, the twist about the cousin, and the cornball moment when she asked, "can you move?" and he replied, "just my lips," I really did like it.

Hope you enjoy your weekend!
